JHU Student Book Collection Contest
Do you have a great book collection? Do you need some extra $$$?If you answered Yes to these questions, you should consider entering the Sheridan Libraries Student Book Collecting Contest. Sponsored by the Friends of the Johns Hopkins University Libraries, the contest recognizes "the love of books and the delight in shaping a thoughtful and focused book collection." All undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in a degree program at Hopkins are eligible. First place winners will be awarded a cash prize of $1000. See the blue link above for more information and an entry form. Note: this contest requires compiling a 25-50 book bibliography and writing a short 2-3 page essay.
