Oxford Scholarship Online, a collection of Oxford University Press books, has been expanded to include Oxford Scholarship Online: Business and Management, over 80 full-text books covering international business, finance, political economy, corporate governance, and more.

New in 2010: LexisNexis Statistical Insight improved



LexisNexis Statistical has a new name - LexisNexis Statistical Insight - and a new look.

You can use this resource to search for publications containing statistics and filter your results by subject, issuing agency, full-text, etc. Within LexisNexis, you'll also find LexisNexis Statistical Datasets, a new resource allowing users to create customized tables, graphs and charts from a wide range of data resources, including World Bank, World Resources Institute, U.S. government agencies, United Nations, China Data Center, stock exchanges from around the world (Deutsche Borse Group, Bombay Stock Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange, Nikkei, NASDAQ, etc.), and more.

To access DataSets, look for the pull down menu in LexisNexis Statistical Insight labeled Related LexisNexis Subscriptions.

Snowpocalypse 2010: Weekend update

Saturday, Feb 13: Open 10:00 am - 9:00 pm

Sunday, Feb 14: Open 11:00 am - 11:00 pm

Saturday, Feb 6: CLOSED

Sunday, Feb 7: Open 11:00 am - 5:00 pm (tentatively)
Please check the Library web site or call the Circulation Desk at 663-5900 on Sunday to confirm these hours.

Monday, Feb 8:
The Library will be OPEN 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
For those who had reserve books originally due at 10:30 am, please get the books back in as soon as you safely can. Overdue reserve fines will be waived. You may check out reserve books for overnight as of 1:00 pm, due back Tuesday morning at 10:30 am.


Tuesday, Feb 9: Open 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
If weather conditions deteriorate rapidly, we may have to close earlier in the afternoon. You may check out reserve books for overnight all day today. They are due back Thursday morning at 10:30 am.

Wednesday, Feb 10: CLOSED

Thursday, Feb 11: SAIS Library will be OPEN from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm.

Friday, Feb 12: Open 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

As always, you can continue to access Electronic Reserves, the JHU Libraries catalog and most of the Library's online resources using your JHED login from off campus at any time of day or night. You may also contact the Library staff via email.
